METHOD FOR MECHANIZED HARVESTING OF FRUITS MAINLY OF ORDINARY PLANTING

FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Method consists in using a sweeping assembly with a hopper, which moves in the spacing between rows, and equipped with a hydraulic system to provide vibration action of working elements on the plant branches, separation of fruits from plants, catching and collection. Fruits are cleaned simultaneously on two inner rows of spacing. Separation of fruits from plants is carried out by local sliding on branches of a plant by working elements in the form of long elastic stick-separators of different length, installed at different angles to horizon within 0°–90° in the front part of the hopper and fixed in the form of several fan units along its width. Separated fruits trapping is performed by means of short elastic sticks-catchers installed along the side and rear walls of the bunker at the angle of natural slope to sides over the board, and elastic sticks horizontally installed above the hopper bottom with hinged attachment of each along its middle and distance between them of not more than diameter of the fruit.;EFFECT: reduced damageability of fruits during harvesting.;4 cl, 2 dwg
