FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water electrolysis and can be used in power engineering. Method of obtaining enriched with oxygen and enriched with hydrogen water includes placing in vessel with water of isolated and non-isolated electrodes, supply of constant voltage to electrodes, at that positive potential is supplied to isolated electrodes for enrichment of water with oxygen. Then, voltage is removed from electrodes, transferred into the second water tank and positive potential is supplied to non-insulated electrodes for water enrichment with hydrogen. Apparatus for decomposing water into hydrogen ions and oxygen ions comprises a water vessel closed by a cover, alternating insulated and non-insulated electrodes which are connected by a wire to a direct-current source are secured on the cover. Lower ends of electrodes are connected by insulating plate. Electrode isolation dielectric permeability exceeds dielectric permeability of water.;EFFECT: wider range of means for obtaining enriched with hydrogen and enriched with oxygen water.;2 cl, 2 dwg
