FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for use in producing cellular material of intraocular formations. Port corresponding to diameter of biopsy needle is installed. Additional vitreoretinal port of any diameter from 25 to 27 G is introduced to feed fluid therethrough. Under the control of the surgical microscope, the needle is directed to the maximally removed from the macular tumour-bearing surface. When the needle is inserted into the tumour thickness, one-stage delivery of liquid into the cavity of the eye and aspiration of tumour tissue is started to create palpation-controlled ophthalmohypertension. As the needle is withdrawn, the liquid injection is stopped. Operation is completed by extraction of vitreoretinal ports with application of episcleral nodular sutures. Collected material is placed into a vessel for further investigations.;EFFECT: method enables increasing the volume of cell material, reducing the time spent on the manipulation, preventing intraoperative bleeding from the needle point of the biopsy needle.;1 cl, 2 ex
