The present invention relates to a needle for ultrasound guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy. More specifically, the needle comprises: a tubular shell (1) having an insertion part (101) formed on one end portion thereof, the insertion part including an inclined surface (101a); a tissue collection part (2) having tissue collection blades (202) formed on opposite sides of a tissue collection recess (201) that is formed on one side of a main wall of the shell (1) in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the shell (1); an echo part (3) having a spiral groove (301) formed on the outer peripheral surface of the shell (1), wherein the spiral groove (301) formed on a section orienting the longitudinal direction of the shell is formed in zigzags. Therefore, the present invention can enhance a tissue collection force and strength to reduce time taken for ultrasound guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy, and can prevent damage to a needle, such as bending or breaking, in a surgical procedure.
