The present invention relates to a smart exercise load apparatus for muscular exercise equipment, and more particularly to a smart exercise load apparatus for muscular exercise equipment, the apparatus which enables more efficient and more effective exercise by setting a user-customized exercise condition and providing and collecting exercise information.;According to the present invention, the smart exercise load apparatus includes: a smart exercise load apparatus including: a frame body for modularization of the apparatus; a weight attachment mounted to the frame body and configured to generate an exercise load necessary for muscular exercise and freely change the exercise load; a control box mounted to the frame body, electrically connected to the weight attachment, and configured to control exercise strength by controlling operation of the weight attachment and to drive a program for collecting and providing user exercise information acquired from operation information of the weight attachment; and a resistance module mounted to the frame body, electrically connected to the weight attachment and the control box, and configured to, in response to a signal from the control box, generate a regenerative resistance of braking the weight attachment, the resistance representing a characteristic of an operation that is frequently driven and stopped.
