STRING STRETCHING DEVICE OF KOTO (JAPANESE HARP)

To solve the problem of a device for stretching and tuning strings by pulling the strings at once on a Ryubi side in a conventional case, which gives heavy burden on the device, requires one-time operation, requires tension and skill, needs a special device for easily stretching and tuning the strings at any time by anyone, and is difficult to stretch and tune the strings especially at a hall and a performance site.SOLUTION: A string stretching device of koto comprises: a base for horizontally arranging koto; and first means for fixing koto and the base, and is configured to stretch strings that are tentatively stretched in a two-division format. One division is stretched and string-tuned by first stretching means and the remaining one division is stretched and string-tuned by second stretching means. The string stretching device of koto can be miniaturized, burden on the device can be reduced, and a purpose is achieved by comparatively easy operation and without requiring high skill.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
