PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor state determination device capable of automatically determining whether or not a motor is in a steady state. A motor state determination device 50 includes a physical quantity value range determination unit 56A, a transient period determination unit 56B, and a steady state determination unit 56C. The physical quantity value range determination unit 56A determines the physical quantity value range based on the frequency distribution of the physical quantity value. The transition period determination unit 56B determines the transition period UT using the temporal change of the physical quantity value and the physical quantity value range. The steady state determination unit 56C determines whether or not the motor 10 is in the steady state by using the transient period UT, the physical quantity value range, and the physical quantity value.
