To provide apparatuses, a method, and a system capable of securing a given treatment effect.SOLUTION: An electric treatment apparatus 10 makes electricity 11 flow to a target 13 through a human body 12 and is connected to the human body 12. The electric treatment apparatus includes: an output unit 10F1 for outputting the electricity 11 to the human body 12; a measurement unit 10F5 for performing measurement to acquire a measured value indicating an electric characteristic of the target 13; a storage unit 10F4 for storing a reference value indicating a value serving as a reference of the electric characteristic; a comparison unit 10F3 for comparing the measured value with the reference value; and an adjustment unit 10F2 that on the basis of a result of the comparison by the comparison unit 10F3, changes a parameter for the electricity 11 to perform adjustment so that the measured value is closer to the reference value. The measurement unit 10F5 makes the target 13 discharge electricity or be charged with electricity and measures surface potential and deep layer potential of the target 13 in an ionized state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
