To provide an ultraviolet-curable resin composition and the like, having excellent scratch resistance and chemical resistance, giving a good tactile feeling while maintaining light-transmitting property, and showing good adhesiveness even when subjected to molding.SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable resin composition comprises (A) a hexafunctional urethane (meth)acrylate and (B) fine particles with a content ratio (weight ratio) of the (A) component to the (B) component ranging from 70:30 to 30:70. The resin composition is specified to have, in a cured film of the composition having a thickness of 15 μm, a total ray transmittance (Tt) of 80% or more, a diffusion transmittance (Td) of 70% or more, and a surface roughness ranging from 0.1 to 3.0 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
