To provide an automatic folding device of a floor mat for an automobile and an automatic folding system of a floor mat for an automobile including a substrate, a pushing material, two rear inclination plates, two front inclination plates, and two pressing plates.SOLUTION: In an automatic folding device of a floor mat for an automobile, a pushing track 20 is installed on a substrate 10, and a pushing material 60 is movable on the pushing track; two rear inclination plates 30 and two front inclination plates are installed on the substrate apart at a front side and a rear side; the two front inclination plates are installed respectively at both opposite sides on the pushing track, and the two rear inclination plates are installed respectively at both opposite sides on the pushing track. When the floor mat for an automobile drops from above, it is automatically folded once along shapes of the inclination plates by the installed front inclination plates and rear inclination plates, and then it is pushed forward between two pressing plates 50 by the pushing material to be automatically folded twice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
