A vehicle floor mat automatic folding apparatus and system including a substrate, a push member, two rear inclined plates, two front inclined plates, two pressing plates, and a push member are provided. A push track is installed on a substrate, and a push member is movable in the push track. The two front inclined plates are installed on opposite sides of the push track, and the two rear inclined plates are installed on opposite sides of the push track. By installing the front inclined plate and the rear inclined plate, when the vehicle floor mat falls from above, it is automatically folded once along the shape of the inclined plate, and then the two pressing plates 50 are pushed forward by the push material.
