Radiolabeled anti-PD-L1 antibody for immuno-PET imaging

Radiolabeled anti-PD-L1 antibodies and their use in immuno-PET imaging are provided herein. Methods of detecting the presence of PD-L1 protein in a patient or sample are included. Included in the present disclosure are radiolabeled anti-PD-L1 antibody conjugates for use in immuno-PET imaging. In one aspect, the conjugate comprises an anti-PD-L1 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, a chelating moiety, and a positron emitter. Also provided herein are processes for synthesizing the conjugates, and synthetic intermediates useful therein.
