The storage unit 106 includes a contract information storage unit 106a which stores contract information of a product. The control unit 102 comprises a contract information input unit 102a which inputs contract information of a product and stores the information in the contract information storage unit 106a, and a recording sales amount creation unit 102b which proportionally divides contract amounts of products stored in the contract information storage unit 106a into initial and running, and creates a monthly recording sales amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
