PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately prorate air conditioning energy use amount of each tenant based on air conditioning energy use amount of air conditioners corresponding to the plurality of tenants in a simple method, in an air conditioning energy use amount prorating system. PSOLUTION: The air conditioning energy use amount prorating system 10 includes: a storage part 26 storing tenant information including positional information on the tenants in a building 12; a load coefficient calculation part 28 calculating a load coefficient corresponding to each tenant based on the positional information on the tenants; and a prorating part 30 prorating the air conditioning energy use amount with respect to each tenant based on the load coefficient. Due to this configuration, since heat load of the tenants largely depending on the air conditioning energy use amount is considered, the system 10 can accurately prorate the air conditioning energy use amount of each tenant compared to conventional prorating methods.
