PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly proportionally divide an emission amount of an emission in a vehicle in each load.;SOLUTION: An emission amount proportional division device has: an acquisition part acquiring a predicted emission amount of the prescribed emission emitted during a life cycle of the vehicle from production of the vehicle to disposal of the vehicle; a process emission amount proportional division part obtaining, by the proportional division, an emission amount allocated to a transport process per unit of the vehicle from the predicted emission amount acquired by the acquisition part; and a load emission amount proportional division part proportionally dividing the emission amount of the transport process obtained in the process emission amount proportional division part into each load transported in the transport process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
