flexible clip, tool for its production, box for air conditioning system and air conditioning system. the invention relates to a flexible clip for joining two plastic parts (a, b), comprising a body (c) with a first plastic part (a), the body (c) being provided with at least one element to provide flexibility to the body, with at least one tongue, with at least one element to keep the structure of the body stable in relation to said tongue, and at least one clip element to join the first part (a) with a second part (b). the invention also relates to a tool for the production of a flexible clip (12) for joining two injection-molded plastic parts, the clip being attached to one of the plastic parts, which comprises in an injection molding machine comprising a movable part and a fixed part (11), an inner rod assembly (8), an outer rod assembly (10), a spring (9) for connecting the rods, so that after the injection, the mold opens and the plastic part gets stuck on the movable side of the mold, at the moment of opening to an exit recess that exists in the clip, makes the outer rod (10) accompany the product (12) on the movable side and the inner rod (8) accompanies the opening of the mold and after reaching the end of the external stem, the spring (9) performs its function of throwing the external stem upwards (10), so that with this force the flexible clip is demoulded with a small extraction force because the inner rod (8) is no longer in the inner region of the clip, the clip can be used both on the fixed side and on the movable side of the injection mold. finally the invention deals with a box for air conditioning system and an air conditioning system using this flexible clip.
