The present invention generally relates to the field of biotechnology and medicine. It provides an agent, a pharmaceutical composition and a kit for treatment of autoimmune bullous diseases (AMDB). More specifically, the present invention relates to the use of a soluble Fc gamma receptor for treating AMDB, and a pharmaceutical composition and a kit comprising said receptor. It further involves a method of treatment of AMDB.
