The invention relates to the wine-making industry, namely to a process for producing a strong aged drink.The process, according to the invention, provides for the production of a young distillate, aging thereof in the presence of oak wood and oxygen, blending of the aged distillate with the rest beverage components, rest of the blending, cold treatment thereof and subsequent separation of cold-insoluble substances, at the same time, before or during the aging process, cold-insoluble substances, separated from previous batches of strong drinks, aged in the presence of oak wood, are introduced into the crude distillate.
