The purpose of the notification is to obtain the carbon materials consisting of the preparation of a solution of water, ethanol, ammonia water, resorcine, potassium oxoate and formalin, the mixing of the solution at room temperature and the treatment of the solution by pressure in a solar thermal microwave reactor for a 15-minute period at pressure. from 1-MPa to 3-MPa, the material obtained is then charred in the argon atmosphere by increasing the temperature by 1-oC/min to 350-oC, holding the material for two hours at this temperature,Thereafter, by increasing the temperature of 1,C/min to the temperature of 600,C-800,C and keeping the sample at the specified temperature for two hours, after which the material is washed with distilled water and dry, it is characterised,that an iron citrate or iron nitrate (III) is added to the solution before formalin is added in such a quantity that the weight of the carbon atoms of the resorcine to the iron atoms of iron citrate or iron nitrate (III) is 10:1.
