摘要

The invention relates to a process for preparing biopolymeric supports as membranes for biomedical applications. According to the invention, the process consists in coupling colloidal dispersions of chitosan gel subjected to dialysis for 24 h, with gelatin. All the samples are cross-linked with the natural agent genipin, by immobilization of alkaline phosphatase from bovine intestine, in the presence of ZnSO, to result in antibacterial polymeric membranes with effect against Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923.
