The invention relates to sensitive nanostructural electrode and to an impedimetric sensor for direct measuring the alkaline phosphatase content in biological fluids, such as the human serum, for biomedical purposes. According to the invention, the electrode consists of titanium dioxide nanotubes (), anodally grown on titanium (), thermally treated in air at 550°C and vacuum gold coated () and the claimed sensor has three electrodes (a sensitive electrode, a platinum counter-electrode and a reference electrode), and an electronic unit for electrochemical impedance spectrometry, meant to directly measure the alkaline phosphatase content in solutions, up to concentrations of 50 ng/ml.
