The invention is a construction for teaching and entertainment, which physically shows what happens when air and water continuously change place in dense pairs of cylinders (8) underwater. This occurs when water-filled cylinder pairs (8) mounted around an air-filled wheel (1) completely immersed in water (16) are pulled around, between two air-filled support columns (44) in a cistern (2) or glass-equipped tank which makes it possible to what happens when the wheel (1) is pulled around by hand or with the help of a motor. At the same time, the cylinder pairs (8) are then emptied of water (16) and filled with air (32) in their lower turning position and then refilled with water each time they approach the upper turning point of the wheel (1).
