A method and device employing computer-generated holography to measure the radius of curvature of an optical element, pertaining to the field of photoelectric detection. The method comprises: simultaneously producing two conjugate wave fronts, a confocal wave front and a cat's eye wave front, respectively, by means of a computer-generated hologram (2); simultaneously acquiring an interferogram of a cat's eye position and a confocal position, and calculating surface shape parameters thereof; and solving for the radius of an optical element according to a measurement result.
