A drug composition containing an M-diamide compound and application of the drug composition. The drug composition comprises an effective constituent A and an effective constituent B; the effective constituent A is the M-diamide compound having a structure shown as formula I, and the effective constituent B comprises any one or combinations of two of other insecticides. The composition containing the effective constituent A and the effective constituent B has unique functions such as a synergistic effect, control of resistant pests, expansion of an activity spectrum, and control of virus spreading insects, and can effectively control multiple diseases and pests on crops such as rice, corn, wheat, vegetables, fruit trees, flowers, oil plants, and sugar crops, and horticulture and forestry.
