A leaning vehicle is provided which is mounted with an inter-vehicle communication antenna which can suppress changes in transmission/reception performance resulting from differences during straight travel and turning, while suppressing or preventing increased travel resistance and the effects of vibration. The inter-vehicle communication antenna is provided so as to incline integrally with the leaning vehicle, and a metal antenna unit is disposed on the inner surface of a nonmetal front cover so as to satisfy the following 3 conditions:(a) being positioned higher than the top of the wheel and forwards of the front edge of the seat(b) having a gap such that the metal antenna unit and the inner surface of the nonmetal front cover are not in direct contact(c) with the leaning vehicle in an upright state, overlapping with the nonmetal front cover and not overlapping with any metal components when viewed from the front
