This invention is based on a capsule-type lock which, as the main invention, has on its surface a vertical safety line printed or adhered during initial manufacturing thereof to an inner tubular bushing with a random position isolated from external handling by a translucent safety overtop and a translucent protective bushing, both assembled on the surface of an inner tubular cap by means of a set of assembly devices that enable the generation of a division of the inner tubular cap and of the vertical safety line upon opening, said division preventing any of the two resulting fractionated parts of the inner tubular cap and the vertical safety line from coinciding with another two halves resulting from another package. In this way, the present invention, due to being an inaccessible and unalterable vertical safety line, generates evidence of incompatibility if unscrupulous people try to modify the vertical safety line or to join the two halves of the inner tubular cap with safety line belonging to different containers or packages.
