The present invention pertains to: an Fbln5 (Fibulin-5) gene-deficient animal model; a method for screening nerve or muscle disorder therapeutic agents using the animal model; and a pharmaceutical composition containing a nerve or muscle disorder therapeutic agent screened using the method. When the animal model of the present invention is used, demyelinating disease therapeutic agents having good efficacy and few side-effects can be effectively screened, and drug candidate materials can be easily and quickly tested for in vivo side-effects due to the toxicity thereof. Moreover, substances screened by Fbln5 proteins and the zebrafish model of the present invention can be usefully used to alleviate, treat, or prevent nerve or muscle disorders.
