The method comprises: automatically acquiring sample data of at least one sample to be tested (S31), the sample data comprising a user identifier, an identifier of a marker to be tested, and first information corresponding to the sample to be tested, and the first information being used to determine a peak area value of the marker to be tested; automatically acquiring a standard curve corresponding to the marker to be tested in the sample to be tested (S32), the standard curve indicating a relationship between the concentration of the marker in the sample to be tested and the peak area value of the marker; and determining, based on the standard curve and the first information, the concentration of the marker to be tested in each sample to be tested (S33). The present invention can be used for conducting targeted metabolomic quantitative analysis automatically and quickly in bulk.
