A method for emergency response population analysis and pollution estimation in a nuclear accident is disclosed. According to an embodiment, a method for population estimation performed by a population estimation device may comprise the steps of: storing location information of a nuclear power plant on a map; and predicting accident occurrence points of a plurality of units on the basis of information on a plurality of single units related to the nuclear power plant stored on the map.
