A spray gun control method for SNCR denitration in a furnace of a waste incineration power plant, comprising a control system, a flue gas analysis system, and a temperature measurement system. The temperature measurement system comprises a temperature measurement device provided inside the top portion of a flue of an incinerator and a high temperature measurement device provided in a high-temperature area in the furnace. According to a linear relationship between the elevation and the temperature, the elevation of an optimal reaction area is calculated by measuring the temperature inside the top portion of the flue and the temperature in the high-temperature area in the furnace, so as to eject a reducing agent in the optimal reaction area. After a time gap, when working conditions change, the temperature inside the top portion of the flue and the temperature in the high-temperature area in the furnace change, and the system re-calculates the new elevation of the optimal reaction area and ensures that the reducing agent is ejected in the new optimal area, so that the mixing effect of the reducing agent and flue gas is improved, thereby improving the denitration efficiency, reducing ammonia slip, and saving operating costs.
