A spray reduction system for SNCR denitration in a furnace of a waste incineration power plant, comprising a demineralized water supply system, a reducing agent supply system, a cooling system, a control system, and spray guns (2.1, 2.2, 2.3). Under the control of the control system, demineralized water enters a mixing and distribution system from a demineralized water storage tank and a demineralized water transfer pump in said order, and then enters the spray guns (2.1, 2.2, 2.3); a reducing agent enters the mixing and distribution system from a reducing agent storage tank and a reducing agent transfer pump in said order, and then enters the spray guns (2.1, 2.2, 2.3); the cooling system cools the spray guns; the spray guns (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) are installed vertically at a top part (1.21B) of a furnace, and spray heads of the spray guns (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) extend from the top part (1.21B) of the furnace into a flue of a furnace cavity (1.1), and the spray heads of the spray guns (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) spray liquid at 360° on a horizontal plane around the flue in the furnace. According to the fluctuation of working conditions in the furnace, the spray guns (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) automatically extend and retract under the control of the control system and position the spray liquid in a temperature region for the optimal reduction reaction in the furnace so as to ensure that the SNCR denitration reaction is always at the optimal temperature window.
