The present invention relates to a medium composition for inducing the differentiation of hepatic stem cells into cholangiocytes and a use thereof and, more particularly, to a medium composition for differentiating hepatic stem cells into cholangiocytes without undergoing an endodermal stage, and a method capable of rapidly obtaining cholangiocytes by applying the medium composition when cells are cultured. According to the present invention, by adding, in a step of culturing hepatic stem cells, a medium composition comprising HGF, sodium taurocholate hydrate, and CHIR99021, cholangiocytes can be rapidly obtained without undergoing an endodermal stage, and since, in the differentiation of the cholangiocytes, gelatin is used as a cell support, clinically applicable cholangiocytes can be obtained, and thus are expected to be directly used effectively for the treatment of cholangiopathy.
