The embodiments of the present application provide a detection method, apparatus and system for an unauthorized unmanned aerial vehicle. An AMF sends a tracking instruction message to a network device, wherein the tracking instruction message is used for instructing, if the attribute information of a user equipment within the coverage area of the network device meets a preset condition, to report the attribute information of the user equipment; and obtains the attribute information of the user equipment. In this way, after the attribute information of the user equipment is obtained, an identity state of the user equipment can be recognized according to the attribute information of the user equipment, i.e., recognizing whether the user equipment is an unauthorized unmanned aerial vehicle. Therefore, the detection of an unauthorized unmanned aerial vehicle that has accessed a 3GPP network is implemented.
