The present invention solves difficulties encountered by all of the inventor, the applicant, the agent and the patent office examiner. An A5 size of clear TIFF image is obtained in accordance with WIPO standards. It leads advancement in patent administration and gives a significant effect of expanding services for the applicant of the agent and the inventor so as to enhance the status of the patent office and the agent. In addition, international patent exchange would be greatly increased by submitting images desired by the inventor and the applicant in accordance with the WIPO standards.
