According to an embodiment of the present invention, a boss evaluation method comprises the steps of: a) authenticating a member by using an account of a company for which the member works after executing a boss application; c) providing one or more evaluation items for evaluating the immediate superior of the member and a rating scale of each of the one or more evaluation items when the authentication is completed; d) inputting evaluation scores input for one or more evaluation items; e) selecting the company, a department, and a job for which the member works when step d) is completed; and f) calculating the result of a comprehensive evaluation of the immediate superiority of the member.
