Provided is a mooring apparatus. The mooring apparatus includes: a pile having a plurality of support columns, enabling one of the plurality of support columns to be inserted into or discharged from another one, and fixed to the seabed ground to support a ship; a first fluid transfer unit provided on a covering support column surrounding the other support column of the plurality of support columns to introduce first fluid into the covering support column or discharge the same therefrom; and a second fluid transfer unit provided on the covering support column to introduce second fluid into the covering support column or discharge the same therefrom.
