The present invention relates to a method for producing a 3D liver in vitro model comprising a bile duct system using a 3D printer, and to a 3D liver in vitro model produced by the method. The 3D liver in vitro model of the present invention comprises: a lower bile duct channel; hepatocytes; and a dual flow channel including an upper vascular channel, thereby having a liver tissue mimicking structure very close to a real liver bio-structure capable of supplying nutrients by a vascular channel and discharging bile acids and waste products by the bile duct channel. Therefore, the 3D in vitro liver model of the present invention can be usefully used to evaluate liver toxicity with high reliability.
