The present invention relates to a rubber composition with increased durability by increasing the molecular weight through ring-opening reaction of epoxidized soybean oil to increase process efficiency, and to a process oil manufacturing method using soybean oil, comprising the steps of: (a) adding alcohol to epoxidized soybean oil and heating and stirring the same; (b) adding catalyst and refluxing and heating the same to decompose alcohol (alcoholysis); (c) cooling the alcohol-decomposed epoxidized soybean oil at room temperature and filtering the same through a basic filter; (d) recovering the soybean oil in which an epoxy group is opened through distillation.
