The present invention relates to an apparatus for inspecting a patterned panel of a foldable display panel. More specifically, according to the present invention, after the apparatus for inspecting the patterned panel is positioned at an accurate preset position by using a plurality of cameras, the apparatus for inspecting the patterned panel is transferred in one direction and provides imaging pickup information for panel inspection by performing multiple imaging pickup while moving along one direction. In addition, in the case of a line scan camera for double inspection, the apparatus for inspecting the patterned panel makes it possible to imaging pickup which can more accurately inspect marks, residual states, bumps, and the like by being provided with a plurality of lights. The apparatus for inspecting the patterned panel of the present invention comprises: a picker (20); a plurality of free alignment cameras (30); a line scan camera (40) for inspecting; an area type review camera (50); and a control unit (90).
