The present invention relates to a vehicle cargo screen noise reduction damping structure, which comprises: a cargo screen assembly which can be mounted on a luggage side trim forming a wall surface of a luggage room of a vehicle, and includes a housing, a screen wound in the housing and pulled out from the housing if necessary, and a support portion fixed to the luggage side trim when the screen is pulled out; and a damping assembly provided separately from the cargo screen assembly to dampen any impact with the housing or the luggage side trim upon return of the screen. According to the above configuration, the screen can be prevented from being suddenly sucked into the housing when the screen is returned, thereby damping the impact with the housing or the impact transmitted to the luggage side trim.
