The present invention relates to a method and a system for supporting a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) assistance project. According to the present invention, information for collusive application, repeated application, and duplicate application prevention is provided when a government agency in charge of an SME assistance project conducts selection screening on an assistance project applicant enterprise and a government support history with respect to the enterprise can be managed after the assistance project. The system of the present invention is an SME assistance project support system for an ordering organization to support a selected enterprise after announcing a government project for SME assistance and collecting applicant enterprises. The system includes: an enterprise database; a collusive application determination unit mapping and detecting characteristic information of the government support project applicant enterprises by using the enterprise database in order to discern that applicant enterprises are actually the same enterprise with the same real manager; a repeated application determination unit screening and detecting the enterprise management history of executive and staff members of the government support project applicant enterprises by using the enterprise database in order to determine the occurrence or non-occurrence of intentional closing and re-starting; and a duplicate application determination unit collecting project application information and payment information from organizations in charge of government support projects in one system or blockchain and then pre-detecting the occurrence or non-occurrence of duplicate application by mutual comparison between the payment information and application information by organization.
