The present invention relates to a high moisture-permeable adhesive film dressing, including: a foam absorbent; an adhesive film formed on the lower surface of the foam absorbent; and a protective film formed on the upper surface of the foam absorbent. The foam absorbent includes a polyurethane foam layer capable of absorbing an exudate and a moisture-permeable waterproof polyurethane film laminated on the upper surface thereof. The protective film, the foam absorbent and the adhesive film have a sequential layer structure formed by lamination due to heat and pressure. The adhesive film and the protective film have a portion extended in all directions compared to the foam absorbent and are directly laminated from the extended portion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
