The present invention relates to a casting mold apparatus and a continuous casting method using the same. The casting mold apparatus according to the present invention may include: a mold unit having an accommodation space accommodating molten steel; and an internal cooling unit provided in the accommodation space of the mold unit and cooling the molten steel. According to the present invention, it is possible to uniformly cool the molten steel and reduce thermal load received by a coagulation cell.
