An embodiment of the present invention relates to a flow control valve which comprises: a valve main body having a cylindrical inner space and provided with a first flow path (111) and a second flow path (112) formed on a side surface of the inner space; and a spool (300) which is arranged to be slidable in a longitudinal direction of the cylindrical shape in the valve main body. Here, the spool (300) comprises: a spool rod (301) of a cylindrical shape, having a first end unit and a second end unit; a first land unit (310) which has a diameter greater than that of the spool rod and is formed to be close to the first end unit; a second land unit (320) which has a diameter greater than that of the first land unit and is formed after being spaced apart towards the second end unit; and a third land unit (330) of multiple diameters, which is formed between the first land unit and the second land unit. Here, the third land unit (330) is characterized by comprising a small diameter unit (331), an inclination unit (332) and a large diameter unit (333) which are sequentially formed from the first end unit towards the second end unit. Therefore, valve responsiveness can be increased.
