The present invention relates to cinnamoyl esterase derived from Lactobacillus fermentum J2 strains (KACC 92245P), and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to cinnamoyl esterase derived from Lactobacillus fermentum J2 strains (KACC 92245P), a preparation method thereof, and a functional food composition and a feed composition comprising the cinnamoyl esterase.
