A user cluster-based persona generation method, a generation device, and a recording medium for understanding and tracking user intention in space are provided. According to the method for generating a persona prediction model, data related to a user's behavior is collected from a user's mobile device, and behavioral elements related to extroversion are extracted from the collected data, and the extracted behavioral elements and the user's persona type information are used. The persona prediction model can be generated, so that the user's persona can be predicted more easily and quickly. In addition, a persona of a new user may be predicted using the persona prediction model generated as described above.
