Provided is a method of uniformly dispersing a single layer of nickel plated conductive particles in a polymer film by applying a magnetic field, and a method of producing an anisotropic conductive film using the same. The film production method according to one embodiment includes the steps of: roll-to-roll coating a polymer solution mixed with a plurality of conductive particles to form a liquid polymer layer; applying a magnetic field to the liquid polymer layer to disperse the plurality of conductive particles included in the liquid polymer layer; and producing a solid polymer layer which limits the movement of the dispersed plurality of conductive particles by drying the liquid polymer layer in which the plurality of conductive particles are dispersed.
