The present invention relates to a waterproofing panel for construction using a composite structure material and a steel angle. More specifically, according to the present invention, the waterproofing panel can be provided with various designs and colors through a bulk molding compound (BMC) or composite structure material, strong combination can be provided to prevent a water leak with the structure of a steel angle installed along the outer surface, and combination can be facilitated by the steel angle. According to the present invention, the waterproofing panel for construction is formed into a square shape and lower protruding parts protrude from four sides of the body, and a space part is formed inside the lower protruding parts. The waterproofing panel includes a steel angle integrated along the lower protruding parts formed on the four sides of the body. The steel angle includes: a floor plate including a fixing pin hole formed at a predetermined distance and protruding outwards in a long length to be fixed to the floor; and an inclined protruding part, a vertical protruding part, a horizontal protruding part and a curved protrusion, which protrude from the floor plate to be integrated with the lower protruding parts. The steel angle is installed with a silicon caulking space placed therein.
