PURPOSE: A composite waterproofing method using an irregularity forming waterproof panel with empty protrusions and an elastic waterproof coating material is provided to maintain a watertight waterproof layer for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A composite waterproofing method using an irregularity forming waterproof panel with empty protrusions and an elastic waterproof coating material is as follows. An irregularity forming waterproof panel(10) with empty protrusions(12) is arranged on a waterproof base of a concrete structure(100). Each empty protrusion is formed in a conical or semicircular shape and has a hole. An upper waterproof layer(20) is formed by filling the protrusions of the waterproof panel and spreading an elastic waterproof coating material on the waterproof panel. A composite waterproof layer(60) is formed by curing the upper waterproof layer.
