The present invention relates to a three-dimensional composite waterproofing construction method using adhesiveness waterproof materials and an irregularly formed waterproof panel having a hollow protrusion. The objective of the present invention is to provide the three-dimensional composite waterproofing construction method using adhesiveness waterproof materials and an irregularly formed waterproof panel having a hollow protrusion on which an adhesiveness waterproof layer performing viscoelastic action for waterproofing including concrete, the irregularly formed waterproof panel having the hollow protrusion, and an upper protective layer are integrally formed to have excellent resistivity against an upper portion impact load and long-term waterproofing durability. The prevent invention comprises an adhesiveness waterproof layer formation step; an irregularly formed waterproof panel arrangement step; a waterproof panel connection step; an upper protective layer formation step; and a cure step.
